First impressions are everything. Regardless of what’s waiting just below the surface, if the initial sight isn’t impressive, the rest falls flat. While driving down the street, the neighborhoods with the best entrances are the ones that catch your eye. That’s why those communities dedicated to quality keep the entry ways to their homes lit. Day or night, they can be stunning entrances. Yet without proper lighting some entrances fall short and wind up giving off a poor first impression of the community within. Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Wilmington has come to the rescue of many neighborhoods when it comes to commercial entrance lighting. We’ve been able to really accentuate the entrance signs, surrounding vegetation, and other structures in order to attract the eye of any serious home buyer.
The entry way to a neighborhood tells you wonders about the homes awaiting you inside. It is a reflection of the quality and dedication put into each and every residence. During the day, stunning signs and vivid structures are breathtaking. Yet as the sun sets, their beauty is slowly dimmed. That’s why commercial entrance lighting is key. Halcyon Forest and Avenir, two of Wilmington NC’s finest residential neighborhoods, understood this concept. They came to us with the desire to make their entry ways really pop. We were able to combine a number of outdoor lighting fixtures that gave depth and drama. Both were given a unique lighting design that establishes them as high quality communities. Current residence take more pride in their neighborhoods and future ones are drawn by the amazing displays.
Commercial entrance lighting works best when installed and executed right. Some entrances suffer from broken or misused fixtures. Such was the case with several communities around us. Treybrooke, Bishop Park, Registers Place and Blue Point all struggling with lighting problems. Lighting up structures such as name imprinted on walls, trees in the middle of lanes the landscaping lining the entrances were becoming difficult. We have replaced, repaired and added to all of these neighborhood entrances, making them aesthetically wonderful. Having the right kind of fixtures can take a mediocre sight to a spectacular one. The Highlands in Landfall, a gated residential area, had similar problems. They were suffering from quite a few commercial lighting problems. We came around to take a look and found the culprit to be bad wiring. We rewired the lights and relocated some of the wiring so they didn’t cut through the flowerbeds, thus avoiding any landscaping mishaps. We also added twenty to thirty new lights around the entrance and put in new timers. Once everything was done by experienced professionals, The Highlands in Landfall were left properly illuminated and problem free.
Whether they need new fixtures or new lighting designs, neighborhood entrances need to be illuminated the best way possible. Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Wilmington can ensure that they are. Stun and amaze current and future residents alike with commercial entrance lighting. Let the surface reflect what’s inside. Because if the entrance impresses, the neighborhood within is almost guaranteed to do the same.
